About the Company

Green Tops is a subsidiary of the Farmers Commercial Bank. It is established in 2001 to work on a commercial basis in accordance with the Company Law (of Sudan) which gives it flexibility in dealing in commercial transactions and investments.
The company utilizes the widely spread branches of the bank in marketing its products. It also benefits from the bank collaterals and guarantees in obtaining financing for its projects.

Shareholders

The company works as a legal entity as it was established as a private company in accordance with the Company Law of 1925. Its shareholders consist of:
The Farmers Commercial Bank with 98% of the shares.
The Sudanese Farmers General Union with 2% of the shares.
